Shauna,

Thanks for all the positive feedback and the great contribution to the conversation!

It's funny because I just got done listening to a radio interview with James Arthur Ray, and even though he didn't say much that I hadn't heard him say before, I was reminded of several concepts, and one of them was how if we really wanted something, then it would already be in our lives, based on the Law of Attraction.

I fully believe that statement, and it made me realize that some of my energy recently has been expended in areas other than where it should have been. As you said, it has freed up some things that I have been blocking, and that ends now.

One of the benefits of writing about and listening to personal growth material is that I get needed reminders myself! :)

Hi, Aaron;

Wow, great post!

Life is a flow of energy, and if we are blocked in one area it affects not only that area but everything else in our lives. The bonus is that if you feel you are 'stuck' somewhere (but aren't sure where or why), you can look to identify where you are not living up to your full potential, as outlined. The fun part is then that by 'cleaning up' everything we can find in our own pools, it often frees up things we didn't realize we were keeping blocked.

For those who are trying affirmations or some Law of Attraction techniques and feel they are not progressing, this is a great post, outlining a way to get things going...you'll be amazed at the breath of fresh air you experience in your life.

Have a great night!

Quint,

Welcome to Today is that Day! This is the first time I've seen a comment from you - welcome to the community!

I LOVE the fact that you used the word integrity, and you are right on. It is about integrity because to me integrity means doing what you feel is right because you feel it is right, and you do it all the time.

A person who is living in integrity doesn't have to fake it, because they are actually being true to themselves.

Awesome stuff, Quint - thanks for the comment!

I think your post is right on. I like to think of living this way as a form of integrity. Your outside and inside match. It goes along with the LOA - you attract what you truly are, not what you pretend to be. It is much more about being the right person than thinking the right way.

Thanks for the reminder.
