Very true indeed! Success starts with deefining a goal which should answer the following questions:
What is that you want to accomplish in life?
How significant does this accomplishment mean to you?
What boundaries can you cross inorder to reach towards your goal?
If you think that you can answer the first two questions with determination the answer for third will be reflected by your efforts only. Commendabale Post.

Gary,

Thanks a bunch for your comment and for adding to the conversation!

You are absolutely right about the road being smooth once the clarity of purpose has been established. The bumps along the way that most people experience are simply resistance because they aren't 100% in the "groove". Once the path has been decided on and committed to with all of the necessary details, it's just a matter of settling in and enjoying the ride. :)

I agree. Great post.

Clarity of vision is essential. What I've found is that no matter how big or how small one of my goals may be, as soon as I'm clear on exactly what I want, the road to get there is just a smooth path with specific steps along the way.

Thanks Aaron, I hope everyone takes notice of this post.

Cindy,

I love the bonus add-on at the end of your comment:

<em>"...keep going til it’s reality..."</em>

That is just as important as setting that specific goal to begin with. It's not just about finding the path, it's about staying on it until the end.

Thanks for the great comment, Cindy!

Great Post! You've got to know where you are going in order to get there. Can you imagine trying to find a specific house in a large city - without the address or the street name? Next to impossible, yet many people set their goals in the same way.

Get a clear picture of what you want, figure out what you have to do to obtain it, and keep going til it's reality.
