How to Manifest a Miracle

Mental Meltdown: Weight Loss Begins in the Mind!

Is it possible to manifest a miracle? To answer the question Can you Manifest a Miracle?, you must first answer one simple, yet all important question:

Do you personally think that it's possible to manifest a miracle?

If you personally don't believe that some universal energy (God, the Law of Attraction, Buddha - whatever your definition is) has the capability of creating what you ask for, then you can stop reading right now. No amount of information about how to manifest a miracle is going to help if you don't believe that it is possible.

Also, the question of what exactly constitutes a "miracle" is obviously another question that will be subject to each individual person's belief system. Are we talking about a Divine Intervention here, or are we talking about something more "down to earth," such as changing a life of squalor into a life of splendor?

Personally, I believe that anything and everything is possible, and that the term "impossible" describes nothing more miraculous than something that we have not yet figured out how to do.

History is replete with examples of so-called "faith healing" and "miraculous" cures for terminal or debilitating illnesses. Scientists and medical doctors admit that there is no proven method of repeating these amazing occurrences, but a lack of an explanation does not change the facts of those stories.

Whatever the mind of man can conceive, it can achieve.
    - W. Clement Stone

Whether you believe that a religious deity of some kind is behind the wonders of the human race, or if you believe that all conceivable wonders are merely the result of having a proper understanding of the laws of the universe, one fact remains clear in all cases:

In order to manifest a Miracle into your life, you must first BELIEVE that miracles are possible.

Now the question becomes what is it that you have to do in order to create a level of belief that allows you to harness the universal laws, or to take control over the divine powers that govern your life? What do YOU have to do in order to manifest a miracle?

I personally believe that human beings are capable of literally anything, and that it is our doubt about our abilities that limit us, not the abilities themselves.

So, in order to tap into whatever you personally call the power that works miracles, you must first remove the self-limiting doubt that is keeping you from wielding or directing that power.

When people watch movies like The Secret, You Can Heal Your Life, or What the Bleep Do We Know?, they are often not so much looking for the methods of creating miraculous lives as much as they are looking for proof that doing so is even possible.

In that regard, other than The Secret itself, no product has ever convinced me more of my own infinite power - or should I say reminded me - than Gary Evan's Manifest a Miracle.

No, Gary is not some prophet, messiah, or even the graduate of some high-profile school of spirituality where they teach you how to wield the hand of God or any such nonsense. What Gary is, however, is someone who has proven conclusively that "if you do the work, you get the reward".

In Gary's own words:

"A pot of gold isn’t going to fall out of the sky and fall on your lap. Realistically you’re going to need about 30 minutes every single day to follow the Manifest a Miracle proven formula."

I checked out Gary's "proven" formula, and it boils down to this: If you have the faith, and you do the work, then you get the reward.

Most people who buy "life-changing" products will then read the book, watch the movie, strap on the audio, etc., but then they don't follow through. They get all wired for success, but then they never plug themselves in!

Those same people, consequently, are the people who say that miracles are impossible. I don't know about you, but I see a correlation there…

Is Gary Evan's Manifest a Miracle program the next best thing to chomping on Eucharist wafers and praying to your Lord on bended knee? No product made by man will ever take the place of the word of God, for people who believe in such things.

However, right here on planet Earth (as opposed to the promised land), there are ways to manifest miracles, and Gary has a pretty firm grasp on how us common folk can actually get the job done.

p.s. - Although I obviously believe in Gary and what he teaches other people, I am also a "commoner" just like you. If you go through Gary's Manifest a Miracle program, yet you still think you know of a better method than Gary's to bring about miracles, not only will I personally reimburse you, but I'll buy whatever product you claim is better than his, and I'll give that product a review right here in front of God and everybody.

How's THAT for a ringing endorsement?

Power of Our Way Conscious Creation Audios are Up!

Positivity Space - Dare to Be Rich in All areas of Your Life!

Last week I put up this post about the Power of Our Way community call in program, and at the time a conference call had been planned with all of the Thought Leaders who are part of that program.

Well, that conference call turned into such a massive amount of quality information about conscious creation and personal growth that it was decided to actually break up the call into mini interviews with each of the Thought Leaders so people could pick and choose who they wanted to hear from.

I was one of the Thought Leaders who was interviewed, and since I know that people rarely get a chance to put a "voice to the blog," I'm happy to announce that all of the Thought Leader interviews can be accessed by going to the free Power of Our Way Teleseminar Event Audios page.

If you have any plans at all to consciously create a wonderful life for yourself in 2008, please do yourself the favor of checking out that page and giving a listen to the interview with me, as well as many of the other Thought Leaders. There was some incredible information shared, and each interview is only around 20 minutes long, so you can grab some empowering information for free without taking up too much of your time.

Anita Pathik Law, the founder of Power of Our Way, gave each Thought Leader the chance to answer these 3 questions, and the answers were empowering, to say the least:

  1. What do you see as the greatest opportunities today for people to “shift” within their consciousness and behavior, that when aware and managed, can make a significant difference in how we view ourselves, others and the world?
  2. What is your favorite and most effective shifting ritual – essentially, this is what you personally do; some strategy, tool or practice that you utilize when you know you need to shift your energy, thoughts, beliefs, non-serving behaviors, or to move out of an energetic funk that is non-conducive to conscious co-creation or peace building?
  3. What is one thing you teach that can change people’s lives and the world?

Energy HarmonicsEach of the Thought Leaders had unique and empowering answers to those questions, and you can listen to my answers along with everyone else's at this page.

In addition, the Power of Our Way Community Call-in Program kicks off on January 1, 2008, and includes products from all of the Thought Leaders who were on the call, including my own very popular eBook, Energy Harmonics.

Give my audio interview a listen, and feel free to let me know your thoughts and your questions via email, or in the comments section below!

How to Grow a Life by Writing a Eulogy

Mental Meltdown: Weight Loss Begins in the Mind!

There is a hilarious part of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home when Dr. McCoy asks Spock:

Are you telling me that I have to DIE to discuss your insights on Death?

When Todd Goldfarb over at We the Change asked me to write my own Eulogy, my insights on death immediately came to mind. I have seen value in this type of exercise in the past, so I agreed to share the concept with my readers.

In a nutshell, the point behind the exercise is to write the eulogy that would be read about you at your funeral. This is done as a method for mapping out the way that you want to lead the rest of your life.

Unlike goal setting or other similar life planning techniques, when you write your own eulogy, all bets are off because you don't need to figure out how you are going to lead that kind of life. Rather, you simply write down the type of life that you would want to have lived when all was said and done.

It's a pretty valuable concept when you think about it, and one that can really open up your mind to what you truly desire in life. I highly recommend that you take the time to do this, and either share it on your own site, or just keep it to yourself.

After all, none of us are getting out of life alive, so why not put together a guideline that takes us on a joyous journey to the grave?

Aaron Potts - Someone who created life in His image

Often when eulogies are read, the speaker starts out by saying something about 'Those of us who knew him well…'.

In the case of Aaron Potts, however, those words are all but meaningless. As we all know, it didn't take very much time at all to learn who he was, and what he was about.

Aaron was the kind of person that would drag you kicking and screaming out of the corner at a party just to make sure that you were mingling and having a good time.

Aaron was the kind of person who would know you for 5 minutes and already be advising you on ways to live a happier, more fulfilled life.

He was the type of person who would make you angry because he wouldn't accept your excuses about why your life was anything less than wonderful.

He was the type of person who would laugh at his own mistakes, but then turn around and laugh at you when you make a mistake. Then, you could both laugh together, and not get upset about those momentary mis-steps that happen to all of us in life.

Aaron didn't believe in taking life too seriously, and a day never went by when he didn't smile, laugh, and give conscious thought to the fact that this day - this very day - was a gift, and that his job was to show gratitude for that gift by enjoying that day to the fullest.

Aaron gave selflessly of himself to others, although he would be the first one to admit that selflessness itself was an act of selfishness. He would say that the act of giving to others is something that we do because we choose to. We do it because we like how it makes us feel.

He would do anything to help others out, not asking for anything in return other than the fact that our lives become a happier place to be as a result of his help.

Aaron wanted people to be happy, and he wanted people to have FUN in life. He believed that nothing was permanent, and that our existence here on the 3-dimensional plane was brief, so why not make the most of it and have a good time while we were here?

Aaron did not go in much for rules and regulations, although at the same time he lived his life by a strict set of guidelines. They included such important concepts as compassion, responsibility, discipline, integrity, and love.

He would just as soon completely ignore some stupid rule from society as he would jump in front of a bullet to save the life of someone that he cared about. His values and his morals were steeped in concepts such as the Greater Good, rather than the momentary facts of any given situation.

In short, Aaron believed in giving, and that by giving freely of ourselves, the world at large would in turn give back to us; that this entire circle of life would help to grow the universal collective consciousness to which all of us eventually return.

Aaron did not believe in, nor fear death, and if he were here he would ask that none of us grieve for him. According to Aaron's beliefs, he is not dead, but has simply gone back to the universal consciousness to share what he learned while he was here, and to get his next assignment.

In fact, he may already be back among us, living now in a different incarnation that will allow him to learn again, to give back again, and to again help to evolve our very existence.

Aaron would miss those of us that he was close with.

Aaron would miss the sound of the ocean, the feel of the waves, and the view of the mountains.

Aaron would miss physically and emotionally wrapping his love around his friends and family.

However, in the end, Aaron would ask that we not grieve, but rather that we rejoice for him. He is now able to share all that he learned while he was here among us. And he would have only one thing to say to all of us now:

Thank you. Thank you all.

On to the next Party!

Power Down your Shields for Personal Development

Would you be surprised to learn that you are your own worst enemy when it comes to consciously creating a wonderful life for yourself?

Seriously - without even knowing that we are doing it, we tend to put powerful shields around our lives that keep out the very things that we think we so desperately want.

Yes, I know what you're thinking. "I don't 'think' I want anything - I know exactly what I want!"

Well, don't take this the wrong way, but that statement begs the question: Why don't you have it then?

Power Down your Shields for Personal DevelopmentAll of us have the unconscious tendency to block out success in our lives because deep down inside we either don't believe that it's possible to be successful, or we don't truly believe that we are worthy of success.

That, of course, is utterly ridiculous. However, until you learn to power down those shields, you will keep right on blocking the very success that you think you want.

Relationships

How many times have you said to yourself:

  • "My next relationship will have…"
  • "My next relationship will not have…"
  • "I am so sick of…"
  • "I am never going to put up with…"
  • "I am going to break free from…"

Any of this starting to sound familiar? We've all done it, and most of us continue to do it on a regular basis. However, no matter how many times we make statements such as those, we still end up unhappy with our relationships.

We are either in relationships that we don't want to be in, or we can't find the relationships that we do want to be in. However, no matter how many times we affirm statements like those above, our status never changes.

The reason for that is because each time someone comes along that might be able to break us out of the relationship rut, our inner Sci-Fi fanatic starts screaming, "Shields! Shields!"

Sometimes it's a close call, but we usually manage to get those shields up just in time to avoid getting into a happy relationship. Whew - that was close!

Careers

We definitely do this when it comes to our careers, don't we? A business or employment opportunity comes along that has the potential to finally break us out of our self-imposed financial or career rut, and we start to get excited about the possibilities.

We start to think about how great it would be to work for that company, to keep that kind of schedule, to make that kind of money, etc. The more we think about the possibilities, the more excited we get, and before we know it, we're on the brink of a serious positive breakthrough.

Then what?

SHIELDS!

Our self-limiting beliefs kick back in and we start to think about all of the reasons why things might not work out as well as we had expected. We manage to not only talk ourselves out of a great opportunity, but we'll usually go overboard and convince ourselves that it was such a bad idea that it's amazing we ever even considered it.

Another close call! Good thing we've still got our present dead-end job and empty bank account to fall back on, isn't it???

Health and Weight Loss

Have you ever sworn up and down that you were going to lose weight? Have you ever told everyone about how THIS time you were really going to stop smoking? Have you ever woken up with a hangover and an alcohol-induced blackout that caused you to promise yourself that you were going to give up drinking?

If you are overweight as you read this, but don't want to be, if you smoke, but don't want to, or if you drink more than you think you should, I have just one question for you:

Who is responsible for your lack of success?

Now, don't get me wrong and think that this is coming from some "holier than thou" standpoint. I've got a few habits that are less then exemplary, but the difference is that I don't want to stop doing them. Remember the post A Good Way to  have a Bad Habit?

However, most people who have bad habits or unpleasant lifestyle circumstances do not want those circumstances or habits anymore, yet they still keep stopping themselves from giving them up.

  • Whenever the opportunity comes along to get involved in a reasonable diet and exercise program, what stops you from taking advantage of it?
  • When someone offers to support you 100% in your efforts to stop smoking, what stops you from taking advantage of that offer?
  • Whenever people in your life offer to start doing non-alcohol related activities with you, what is it that keeps you from doing so?

Shields. Self-limiting beliefs. Lack of self-confidence. No will power.

You can call it whatever you want, but the bottom line is always - always - the same:

As long as you believe on the inside that success is not possible for you, you will find a way to prove yourself right over and over and over again.

However, you can make positive changes by simply allowing success to come into your life. You'll have to power down your shields and risk actually achieving success in order to do it, though.

Are you up for it, or are you going to keep hiding?

Blow up your Computer for Personal Growth

The Master Key System Audio Program

I'm a firm believer in the fact that the universe always brings us what we ask for, so I found myself in the unusual position of wondering just what it was that I asked for when the hard drive on my laptop crashed and burned!

I work almost exclusively on the Internet, and my laptop is my only computer, so when my hard drive first stuttered, then ultimately fell apart completely, I found myself in the rare position of needing to tell myself:

DON'T PANIC!

Just because my sole means of income had suddenly turned into a 15lb pile of useless metal was no reason to lose my head, right? Well, as it turns out, it certainly wasn't, and to be honest, I never doubted that everything would turn out okay.

Blow up your Computer for Personal GrowthI stayed focused on the positive, I did NOT think about the negative, and I just dealt with each stage of my computer's demise in a calm and controlled manner. Although I am still picking up all of the pieces, it is very clear that everything is going to be just fine.

In fact, although I lost about 2 days worth of data (I have back ups before then), and I also burned through at least 3 days while trying to fix the problems, I learned a lot along the way, and things are actually going to be better than ever when all is said and done. (Que the 6 Million Dollar Man intro…"We have the technology - We can rebuild him!")

It's Nice to be Nice

The first personal growth lesson that I learned from this experience is that "it's nice to be nice". What I mean by that is that whenever you lead a life of being nice to other people, other people tend to also be nice to you.

My hard drive actually breathed its last breath on a Sunday night while I had my laptop at someone else's house, and I was suddenly faced with beginning a work week without any way to get to work!

As with all technical problems, a solution is just a matter of getting a hold of the proper tools and expertise, which of course I immediately set out to do. Unfortunately, one of the tools needed to fix this problem (in addition to buying a new hard drive) was a disk that my computer manufacturer had to send me…through the postal service!

ACK - talk about the Dark Ages! Who has time to wait for the mailman whenever absolutely no work can be done for 5 days until the package is delivered? Well, the person that I was with works a regular day shift job away from home and she made the magnanimous offer of allowing me to stay at her house and use her computer until I get mine repaired.

It's good to have friends, and quality people like that only come about in our lives by us being quality people ourselves. Refer to the tagline at the top of this page:

Success is Something you Attract by the Person you Become

'Nuff said.

Don't be afraid to make a fresh start

I don't spend a lot of time thinking that my life is ordained by the stars but I do believe in some basics surrounding the Zodiac philosophies, and my Zodiac sign is Capricorn (and proud of it, baby!).

Well, Capricorns tend to be…uh…how shall I put this? They like to be in control. I'll just leave it at that.

My computing environment is certainly set up in a very logical and reasonable manner, and everything is nice and controlled - just the way I like it. Unfortunately, when a hard drive crashes, everything goes away. All files, all settings, all programs, all customizations - it's all gone.

Initially, the Capricorn in me wanted to weep great tears at the loss of the painstakingly put together computer world that I had set up on my laptop. However, as I started to rebuild that environment, I had a most glorious revelation:

I have the opportunity to start all over again!

After having spent the last 18 months building my online business ventures, to say that somethings were pieced together precariously would certainly be an accurate statement - I'm not afraid to admit that.

So, although I would not recommend that people run around sabotaging their computers intentionally, I would recommend that if the opportunity presents itself to start fresh - do it! Between "pseudo-working" via web-based interfaces since my computer is not yet fixed, and also rebuilding the computing environment on my laptop, things will actually be cleaner, smoother, faster, and more efficient than they ever were before.

Are there any areas in your life where cleaner, smoother, faster, or more efficient would be beneficial? If so, don't wait for your computer to crash to make those positive changes. Make a fresh start - you might be surprised how great it feels!

If you don't miss it, you probably never needed it

I have lots of files. Lots and LOTS of files! And, thanks to the regular practice of backing up my files onto my iPod, I still have most of them, even after my hard drive crashed.

What's weird, however, is that I don't miss most of them! I miss my list of bookmarks on the Internet, and I miss some archived login information for some of the sites that I frequent. Overall, however, I have found to my surprise that I can do almost 100% of my work on the 'net without even having access to the over 80 GB's of files that were stored on my laptop.

Will I embrace having access to some of those files when I finally get to the point of restoring them to my new hard drive? Sure I will. Some of them are necessary, some have sentimental value, and some are just part of the day to day routine of working on the 'net.

However, this experience has taught me that, as I indicated in the personal growth lessons learned while moving post, the majority of my files are just not that important. If they went away completely, it really wouldn't have that big of an impact on my life.

This same concept can be applied to physical possessions, electronic documents, or even (especially?) the mental files that you keep up there in your head. How many pieces of the past have you been lugging around - possibly for years - that you simply don't need?

Cut that baggage loose. Be free. Move forward with your life and only take what you can easily carry with you. If something is weighing you down - literally or figuratively - give it a shove and get rid of it. You probably either never needed it, or you have outgrown your need for it, so free yourself of it.

The overall message here? Unexpected things sometimes happen, and sometimes they are unpleasant. However, you can choose to have a negative emotional reaction, or you can choose to learn and grow from the experience, and to look at how much brighter your future can be as a result of what you have gone through.

Personally, I choose to grow.
