Self Improvement and Personal Development Link Love, Volume 30

This is Volume 30 of the Self Improvement and Personal Development Link Love series.

This series will be published weekly and will be comprised of links to quality blog posts that have proven to be extraordinary in their ability to assist, inform, or empower the reader.

As you check out these quality links, be sure to help the authors out by adding their posts to Stumbleupon, Digg, or your favorite social networking site. Enjoy!

1) Brian Kim - As my regular readers know, I am a big advocate of people doing their own thing, and Brian's post How to Deal With the Fear of Quitting Your Job in Order to Start Your Own Business does an excellent job of breaking down the process of going into business for yourself. It's not as complicated as many people think, and anyone can do it. If you have a dream of owning your own business, Brian's outline of the process is definitely recommended reading.

2) Change Your Tree - Everyone is busy, and many people will cite the fact that their busy schedule is what keeps them from making consistent improvements in their lives. In the post 6 Simple Ways to Sneak Self-Improvement Into Your Daily Life, Kevin not only lists some great ways to sneak in your self improvement efforts, but he encourages people to share their own methods in the comment section of the post.

3) Pick the Brain - For years people have been thinking of proper diet and exercise as simply methods of losing weight, but the truth is that a healthy lifestyle has a ton of benefits, and weight loss is only one of them. In the post 10 Reasons to Work Out That Have Nothing to Do With a Sexy Body, John lists some of the wonderful benefits of working out that many people never take the time to consider.

4) Alex Shalman - In a post that ended up being more controversial than Alex probably originally intended, Fasting: Clear Mental State And Longer Life discusses the benefits of fasting. The conversation in the comments section covers a lot of different opinions about what people think of the fasting process, as well as the benefits.

5) eSoup - Although the idea of following your passions in order to make money is a valid concept, it can also become a limiting belief if you feel that your passions have to make you money. In the post I'd like my crayons back, please, Sharon does a wonderful job of explaining that sometimes you can use your gifts just for the sake of enjoying them!

Thanks as always to the authors who create content worth sharing, and to the readers who inspire us to do so!

Self Improvement and Law of Attraction Link Love, Volume 29

The Master Key System Audio Program

This is Volume 29 of the Self Improvement and Law of Attraction Link Love series.

This series will be published weekly and will be comprised of links to quality blog posts that have proven to be extraordinary in their ability to assist, inform, or empower the reader. Enjoy!

I haven't posted a Link Love edition in several weeks due to the intense work on Personal Development Partners, but I have saved up a list of some great reading in the meantime. Enjoy!

1) Law of Attraction for Inspired Living - Zoe Routh put together what I believe is one of the best "how and why" Law of Attraction explanations that I have seen to date in her awesome post When bad things happen to good people.

2) Spooky Action - In a powerful demonstration of what us mere mortals can accomplish when we put our minds (and our bodies!) to the task, check out Mike's post What I Learned From an Unscheduled Trip to the Bottom of the Grand Canyon, and think of it the next time you feel like you just can't take it anymore.

3) Law of Attraction Playground - Jeannette Maw does such an incredible job of helping people to realize that "living" the Law of Attraction takes a conscious effort, and is not some switch that you just flip and then leave to run all by itself. Check out her post Choosing a Good-Time Filter for some great examples.

4) Life Optimizer - Donald takes a new approach to the "finding your path" process with his idea of combining more than one idea. Check out his post Career Tips: How to Find Your (Potential) Unique Value Proposition.

5) Christine Kane - In her usual style of giving great advice that people can truly internalize, Christine answers the question How Do You Forgive Someone? by starting and ending with the only person that the forgiveness is really all about - you!

6) Live the Power - Karen Lynch keeps hitting some great posts out of the park, but I chose Rainmaker as my favorite from her recent hits. If you've never heard the terms "pray rain" or "pray rain journal," then get over there and get schooled on a powerful and fun deliberate creation technique.

7) Debra Moorhead - In the post The Value of Enthusiasm Debra explores the fact that when were are truly enthusiastic about something, that is a big slap in the face reminder that we are on the right track. Who would have thought that by simply doing the things that bring us excitement we would also be sealing the deal for our success?

8) Change Your Thoughts - For those of you who presently practice guided meditation, or have thought about checking it out, be sure to read Steven Aitchison's post Guided Meditation - Intention manifestation, and also listen to the free guided meditation audio that he attached to the post.

9) Scott H Young - In his post 9 Steps to Stop Information Poisoning, Scott not only points out the fact that information overload can be toxic, but he also shows some ways to achieve success without overloading your head in the process.

10) Creating a Better Life - Lyman Reed, one of the Thought Leaders over at PDP brings us a hilarious look at our personal development addiction in his post Twelve Steps for Personal Development Addicts. It is highly likely that you will recognize yourself in some or all of those steps if you've been a personal development junkie for very long! :)

Self Improvement and Law of Attraction Link Love, Volume 27

How to Invoke the Law of Attraction

This is Volume 27 of the Self Improvement and Law of Attraction Link Love series.

This series will be published weekly and will be comprised of links to quality blog posts that have proven to be extraordinary in their ability to assist, inform, or empower the reader. Enjoy!

1) Health Knowledge Blog - I see keeping at least a moderate level of good health a key factor in self improvement, and the post 18 Ways to Lose Weight and Control Cholesterol has some unique truths that I think are worth checking out.

2) TR Coach - In the now classic question of How to tell if the Law of Attraction is Working, Tom Spanton points out the simple truth that if you are not getting what you want by using the Law of Attraction, then it's not working like you want it to, and it is most likely due to your self-limiting beliefs.

3) The Pulse - TSTN president Darren Hardy brings us the post The Law of Leverage in which he points out that achieving success can be a matter of knowing how to apply the right leverage (or "leeverage" for you 'Pirates of Caribbean' fans).

4) Live the Power - Frequent Link Love contributor Karen Lynch has an excellent post called Joyful Optimists in which she visits a children's hospital for a lesson about which set of people have the right outlook: adults or kids!

5) Success from the Nest - Tony D. Clark hands out the excellent advice Be the First You, which is an empowering post that brings to the fore the very real fact that each of us has plenty to offer - without trying to be like anyone else.

6) Evolving Times - Edward Mills shares a great way to fuel the Law of Attraction, and a great life lesson as well in his post Catch it, Zap it, and Turn it Around.

7) Inside CRM - Although this site is not a blog, this page on the site is well worth the time of my readers, so I included it in this week's post. If you think you need to be a rocket scientist to achieve your dreams, check out the article Proof M.B.A.s Are Overrated, by 20 People Who Are Smarter and Richer than Your Professors.
