I appreciate your comment and that great list of resources - thank you so much! I haven't checked out Byron Katie's work yet, although I will certainly do so. I have dabbled with the Sedona Method, though, and found it to be wonderful.

Plus, Hale Dwoskin has a funny laugh, so that always helps! :)

		<description>Very well said, Aaron!  The key truly is to hold the desire lightly, knowing your happiness doesn't hinge on whether or not it manifests.  Feel good &lt;em&gt;regardless&lt;/em&gt;.

I've found great resources for releasing the feeling of Neediness: Byron Katie's Inquiry (www.thework.com), Sedona Method (www.sedonamethod.com) and Eckhart Tolle's writings are among my favorites.

Remembering that our feelings are always choices is empowering as well.  Thanks for great info about the importance of releasing "need!"
