Today is that Day Way Back Machine: October 2006
Welcome to the October 2006 edition of the Today is that Day Way Back Machine! This series of posts will highlight some of the most empowering, informative, or popular posts from the not to distant past.
If you've seen these posts before, then go ahead and revisit them - most of what I write is timeless. If you haven't, then here is a chance to see some great content from the past that you missed the first time around. Enjoy!
- Makin' a Few Copies… - One of my personal favorites from October 2006, this post is all about doing things differently, a concept that I have obviously continued to embrace since then!
- FREAKS! Sometimes they make all the difference… - A dissertation on the very real fact that by doing the same thing that everyone else is doing, you will, well…be like everyone else! Where is the fun in that??
- Going the distance or taking half steps? - The world is full of people who get started on some GRAND plan of action in order to improve their lives, but then it doesn't end up happening in the end. This post explores that concept and what you can do to keep it from happening to you.
- The Science of Getting Rich - My pseudo-rant on the fact that people truly can take control of their financial future, yet most people allow society to set them up for failure by continuing to follow the status quo. It doesn't have to be that way!
- Positively Hating People - Everyone has people in their lives who "rub them the wrong way". However, as has always been the case, it is only our reactions to these people that cause us negativity, not the people themselves. This post goes into more detail on that concept.

It came as a complete surprise to me when Aaron mentioned me (and linked to me!) in his recent post, Self Improvement and Law of Attraction Link Love, Volume 22. I was, and still am, extremely excited! This is my first inbound link, ever! And to have an inbound from a well respected blogger like Aaron? I’m (almost) speechless! But what does all of this have to do with comments? [...]
