I appreciate your comment and that great list of resources - thank you so much! I haven&#039;t checked out Byron Katie&#039;s work yet, although I will certainly do so. I have dabbled with the Sedona Method, though, and found it to be wonderful.

Plus, Hale Dwoskin has a funny laugh, so that always helps! :)

I&#039;ve found great resources for releasing the feeling of Neediness: Byron Katie&#039;s Inquiry (www.thework.com), Sedona Method (www.sedonamethod.com) and Eckhart Tolle&#039;s writings are among my favorites.

Remembering that our feelings are always choices is empowering as well.  Thanks for great info about the importance of releasing &quot;need!&quot;
