Million Dollar Body Challenge #1

There are a ton of reasons (excuses) why people don't get in shape, but they all eventually boil down to one core concept: They are not motivated enough to do what it takes to attain the level of fitness that they desire.

    Wow, that's a great level of fitness that you attained back then!

    In the beginning, we tend to be much more motivated, but then our lives get in the way and things start tapering off. That's what I love about the interface that this challenge is based on - it has built in accountability. Even for people who want to ignore their accountability to others, most people tend to be able to keep their eye on the money! :)

    Great point. I did tons of lifting and training in high school/college and worked my way up to 275lb bench press, weighing only 170lbs. It's all about how far you're willing to push yourself, and sadly, most people are afraid to push themselves at all.
