In fact, most people ARE setting an example without even realizing it. They just aren't setting the kind of example that will inspire others towards success. That is one of the reasons why I put the benefit for the leader as part of this post. I hope that people will realize that it is in THEIR best interest to be good leaders! Absolutely. Helping others by inspiring them into accomplishing something is good. But great leadership skill is needed for us to do such things.
