Anthony,

As you said, "The difficult part is that you have to hold your faith and just don’t quit."

It is the "don't quit" part that trips most people up. We start out strong, but then when results don't show up as quickly as we would like, the self doubt sets in and the "old" lifestyle patterns start to reassert themselves.

I like 90 days as a time frame to prove that change is possible, because no matter what your goal is, if you actually work at it on a daily basis for 90 days (as opposed to just thinking about it or wishing on it), then it is not possible for you to NOT see forward progress!

After that, it's just a matter of replicating the process. :)

Well, simply put, you become what you believe.
The difficult part is that you have to hold your faith and just don't quit. This is easier said than done. You will have difficult times and you will have self-doubt. But once you've changed your belief system you will not be fearful and doubtful. You know where you are and where you want to go. And you can clearly see you are making progress everyday.
We all have a giant within ourselves.

Kara-Leah,

You said the magic word! Alignment

When I wrote Energy Harmonics, part of that mission was due to the fact that I saw a lot of people were missing the boat when it came to Alignment.

I felt too much emphasis was being put on "good" or "bad," when in all actuality, each of those are purely internal concepts.

As you said, when you are living your path, purpose, and your passion, that is when you are in alignment, and questioning a belief system never even enters into the equation.

Awesome thoughts, Kara-Leah - thanks for sharing!

I agree completely, that belief is a key component to success...

But perhaps we're looking at this backwards. To borrow from Karen's last post, it was not BECAUSE they believed that these men did what they did, rather it was because they were in alignment with their path and purpose in life, and felt passion for their goals.

With all of these three things lined up, combined with personal belief, they were able to do what it was they were here to do.

If my ego decided I was going to be the greatest footballer the world has ever seen, no matter how much I believed in myself... I wouldn't be able to do it because it's not my path, passion or purpose.

Belief is not something that we externally create, but something we internally feel when we are living our path, purpose and passion.

Much joy,
KL

[...] So this brings us to the cliché line of “Do what you love and success will follow“. But at this point it kind of makes sense now. If you are having fun doing something and you want to make a million bucks then its not a far stretch that your subconscious will start bringing to your attention things that will help you achieve success that are in line with what you love doing.
