I’m interested in this comment by James:

“Success is not the result of making money. Making money is the result of Success.”

I expect that in the disc series, he will explain this further and how to be a success first. This seems altruistic. Is it really true?

James is awesome – no doubts there. I think one of the most endearing things about him is the passion that he obviously has for people’s ability to be successful in life. I share that same passion, so James has been a part of my life ever since the first time that I watched The Secret.

Have you read the new book Harmonic Wealth – on the NY Times bestseller list – amazing stuff. I have studied James for sometime now and I learn more each day. Just got back to Australia from the US after going to a seminar with James Ray – brilliant and mind boggling all at once. My latest learning is Go with the Flow!

Michael,

There were several ideas in Million Dollar Mindset that I had not considered before, and the exercises that James runs you through are definitely time well spent.

Overall, yes, we’ve all been told to have the proper mindset for success, yet based the ratio of wealthy people to people who are struggling, we obviously do still need those reminders.

Thanks for your detailed review. The CDs sound worthwhile – nothing new, I suspect, but comprehensive and clearly packaged, by the the sound of it. The value of these things, I feel, is not the teach us anything we don’t know (we’ve all read the classics and they say it all) but to keep these ideas at the forefront of our mind.

I’m with you, and I totally agree. One of the reasons why I read books, listen to audios, etc., is to learn, but also to put a realistic spin on whatever I learned from the point of view of someone who has “been there and done that”. If all we did was repeat what other people said, we wouldn’t be creating any additional value.

You’ve actually intrigued me with the book you featured. I’m halfway tempted to order the audio program as I have difficulty resisting those types of things.

However, lately I’ve been staying away from type of stuff, because I want to make sure that ideas that come out of my head and go into my blog and my books are MY ideas (or at least my interpretations of them), as opposed to the ideas of others.
