What is Happiness?
The question of “What is Happiness?” is one that has been discussed by many, yet actually answered by none.
The question hasn’t been answered yet because happiness is completely subjective. Each person has their own definition.
Nonetheless, learning how other happy and successful people in the world define happiness is certainly something that can help each and every person to solidify what happiness is for them, and then use that knowledge to empower themselves to increase their own levels of happiness and success.
That being said, please take the 5 minutes that it will take you to read the interview that Alex Shalman did with me as part of his Happiness Project. Not only will you learn the happiness formula as defined by yours truly – someone who has seen similar pain, sadness, fear, and frustration in life that YOU have – but you can also contribute to a good cause in the process.
After reading the interview, leave a comment on the blog post with your thoughts on happiness, or the interview itself. Alex is giving $200 to charity in the name of the person whose interview gets the most comments, and I know from running this blog for more than a year now that you people can talk!
Take part in your own happiness by taking part in The Happiness Project, and contributing to the conversation:
